What are the shipping options?
Haggard & Stocking offers Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Ground, and shipping on the customer's collect account number. Most items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Additionally, we provide a pickup option for customers located in the Indianapolis, Indiana, or Evansville, Indiana area.
Where are you located?
Our main headquarters is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Additionally, we have warehouses in Evansville and Fort Wayne, Indiana, as well as in Waco, Texas, and Greensboro, North Carolina. We proudly serve customers throughout the United States and Canada.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Additionally, we offer NET 30 terms for established accounts. To become an established account, a credit application must be filled out. If you are interested in establishing an account with NET 30 terms, please contact us at eSales@haggard-stocking.com.
How do I establish an account with Haggard and Stocking?
To establish an account with us, please fill out the New Shopper Registration form. One of our staff members will set up your account during regular business hours. You will receive an email notification once your account is ready.
Can I order if I am tax exempt?
Yes, if you are tax-exempt and wish to place an order, please email your tax-exempt certificate to eSales@haggard-stocking.com.
Can I pick up orders locally or with a freight forwarder company?
We do offer pickup options at our Indianapolis, Indiana, and Evansville, Indiana locations. However, we do not work with freight forwarder companies.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your order will not be billed until it is approved in our system. Once approved, an invoice and order acknowledgment will be sent to you.
