Jeff joined H&S, Ft Wayne, October, 2010 with a “can do” attitude anxious to serve! A year later his enthusiasm has not subsided, he does a bit of everything-warehouse, deliveries, expediting, etc. On a personal note, Jeff and his wife have been married for 25 years with 2 children; 1 married and 1 graduating from Ohio University. He loves gardening and sports and he is an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan!

Up-sell Champ of the 3rd Quarter 2011—Randy Rayer
Our winner this quarter is Randy, who has up-sells of just shy of $7,500!!!!! What a wonderful effort on Randy’s part and a nice change to see a new face in our winner’s circle! I would also like to congratulate the Indy CSR’s for a total of approximately $15,000 in up-sells for the quarter….thanks for the efforts!
